Refunds will be made by the same means you use to pay for our products; you will not be able to receive refunds in any other account except the one you used to pay from.
Switch Wholesale offers a limited warranty of 30 days on all its products except the following, due to re-use issues.

You need to notify the company via E-Mail: Info@switchwholesale.uk within seven days of the purchase about the damage, fault or any defect in the product for a successful exchange or refund. Note. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the client will pay for the additional shipping charges as well. Please also note to return all the package items along with the original packing.
If you want to exchange a functioning product with another product, it should be notified to the company within 5 days of the purchase to exchange it for a new product of the same category or give store credit towards any other product. Clients are not entitled to any amount on the return of products without any manufacturer defect. Note. An additional handling and shipping cost would be customer’s responsibility.
We do not offer any kind of exchange or refund in case:
- The item has been modified, altered, repaired or serviced by any company or person other than us.
- The item has been physically damaged.
- The item has been used in violation of the user manual.
- The item has been utilized for any unintended purpose.
- The item has been damaged during the shipment back to the company.
- The original packing is missing.
Further points to consider are:
- Items may only be refunded in the same condition as the original purchase.
- No returns accepted for items exposed to extreme temperatures, water or improper handling.
- For sanitary reasons, tanks may be returned only for manufacturer defect within 15 days.
The following products are to be returned to the manufacturer.
Sigelei and Laisimo return to be dealt by Asmodus (http://www.asmodus.com/Sigelei-Warranty-s/1832.htm). No returns at the store. Warranty Card included in the packaging is required for returns by Asmodus.
IPV returns to be dealt by KMG (http://kmg-import.com/ipv-warranty-service-center.htm). No returns at the store. Warranty Card included in the packaging is required for returns by KMG.
